    General Conditions:

    • Enrolment will be accepted after completing registration details and receipt of full payment.
    • The ‘Early Bird’ offer is valid for registrations and full payment made at least 15 days before the course start date, unless otherwise stated on the relevant course page.
    • The ‘Super Early Bird’ offer is valid for registrations and full payment made at least 30 days before the course start date, unless otherwise stated on the relevant course page.
    • The ‘Multi-Delegate’ discount is applied when groups of participants are enrolled at the same time for the same course on the same dates, with a single contact being invoiced.
    • The ‘Mix & Match Bundle‘ offer is valid on registrations and full payment of the bundle made at least 15 days in advance before the start of the first enrolled course date.
    • Mix & Match Bundle‘ is valid for 1 year from initial enrolment to complete the courses in the bundle. You are able to allocate courses within the bundle to different individuals from your company.
    • The course fee includes;
      • Interactive case discussions during the course
      • Course notes
      • A digital PDF copy of your  “Certificate of Completion” sent via email
    • Optional Hard Copy “Certificate of Completion” printed on high-quality paper, delivered by post is available at US$29 if you wish to have one.

    • Cancellations received earlier than 15 days before the course’s start date will receive a refund of any fees paid, minus a 15% administration fee.

    • Cancellations received upto 2 days before the course’s start date will receive a refund of any fees paid, minus a 25% administration fee.
    • Cancellations received later than 2 days before the course’s start date will not be eligible for a refund, but a replacement with another course or delegate is allowed.
    • LPA may change the contents, tutors, date-time, place, or price of a course if needed without notice.
    • LPA reserves the right to cancel/postpone a course if the number of delegates has not reached the minimum required to run the course effectively. In the event of a cancellation, LPA will either arrange for an alternative course date or offer a full refund of the fee paid.
