    General Conditions – Self-Paced Courses

    • Registrations are confirmed upon completion of the registration process and receipt of full payment.
    • The “2 or 3 Course Bundle” offer is valid only when all courses are registered and paid for as a single bundle at the same time.
    • Courses purchased under the “Bundle” offer may be allocated to different individuals within the same organisation.
    • The course fee includes:
      • Access to the course recording for one (1) year
      • Lifetime access to downloadable course notes
      • A digital PDF Certificate of Completion, issued and sent by email upon successful completion of the course
    • An optional hard-copy Certificate of Completion, printed on high-quality paper and delivered by post, is available for an additional fee of US$29.
    • As self-paced courses provide immediate access to digital content, cancellations, refunds, or transfers are not permitted.
