    Many participants complete this form while awaiting internal or employer approval — that is perfectly fine.

    General Conditions for In-Person Courses:

    • Registration will be accepted after completing registration details and receipt of full payment.
    • The ‘Early Bird’ offer is valid on registrations and full payment made at least 60 days in advance before the start of the course date. After this period, the standard course fee will apply.
    • Payment Methods:
      • Bank Transfer (invoice issued upon confirmation)
      • Credit/Debit Card (secure online payment via Stripe upon request)
    • The Course fee includes;

      • Luncheons, Refreshments
      • Technical Site Visits – (if stated on the event page)
      • Course Presentation Notes
      • Hard Copy “Certificate of Completion” printed on high-quality paper

       

    • Course fee Does not include:
      • Accommodation
      • Flights & Travel, Airport Transfers
      • Personal Expenses
      • Visa Fees

     

    • Payments should be made net of any taxes or bank expenses in the client’s country to ensure LPA receives the full amount.
    • Upon successful reception of the complete payment, confirmation of enrolment will be provided, and, if necessary, a letter of invitation for the entry visa application will be sent via email.

    • Technical Site visits (if stated on the event page) are subject to availability and local holidays and may changed to classroom training if could not be performed .
    • Cancellations received earlier than 60 days before the course’s start date will receive a refund of any fees paid, minus a 20% administration fee.

    • Cancellations received after 60 days before the course’s start date will not be eligible for a refund, but a replacement with another course or delegate is allowed.
    • LPA may change the contents, course directors, date-time, place, or price of a course if needed without notice.
    • LPA reserves the right to cancel/postpone a course if the number of delegates has not reached the minimum required to run the course effectively. In the event of a cancellation, LPA will either arrange for an alternative course date or offer a full refund of the fee paid. In the unfortunate event of a cancellation, LPA is not liable for any cost incurred by participants in connection with their attendance.
